The partners of GreenEdTech
GreenEdTech consists of a new strong consortium
The GreenEdTech partnership consists of state-of-the-art academic environments within citizen science and sustainability education, a worldwide-leading edtech development company, the Danish Agency for IT and Learning, and large, Danish companies delivering crucial solutions to the green transition.
For the next 4 years, the partners will be working together in close collaboration.
The GreenEdTech Partners
The GreenEdTech consortium consists of two academic institutions. One of them is Aalborg University, which lead research and interventions in test schools together with VIA University College.
GreenEdTech will be led by experienced Project Manager Rikke Magnussen from Aalborg University. Rikke has extensive experience managing large complex design-based research projects in Danish schools and working closely with companies and local governments to ensure knowledge transfer between research and practice. Rikke will be responsible for the daily operation of the project.
Lone Dirckinck-Holmfeld from Aalborg University is a professor with a demonstrated history of working in research and in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Lise Lykke le Maire Munksgaard Rasmussen is the project coordinator of GreenEdTech. She has expertise and experience with interdisciplinarity research projects and the citizen science approach.
Aalborg University works actively and responsibly to contribute to sustainable development through teaching, learning, and research.

Astrid Kidde Larsen from VIA University College is a researcher with expertise in practiced co-creation and social innovation.
Raffaele Brahe-Orlandi is a docent and research leader from VIA University College. He is concerned with developing the primary school in an entrepreneurial direction based on didactic tools.
VIA educates more than 500 teachers a year, and it is essential to develop their sustainability skills to create change. The future teachers must be educated as agents of change if the students should – not only obtain knowledge about the subject – but learn to act on sustainable development and solve problems.
The digital software developer, Exfluency, will lead the development of the digital learning space in which schools, students, and other organizations can collaborate to address climate-related challenges.
Flemming Binderup Gammelgaard is behind the Exfluency team. Flemming combines leadership experience with specialization in change and operations management. He has fundraised and led numerous national and international research and development projects
Exfluency will contribute with their expertise in digital innovation, technology development, and language models (LLMs), including hybrid intelligence involving the interaction between human and artificial intelligence.
CFU Københavns Professionshøjskole is a public provider of educational materials for primary and secondary schools in the Capital Region of Denmark as well as Bornholm. CFU KP operates at the intersection of research, development, and practice in the creation and development of educational materials.
Behind the team are Ann-Birthe Overholt Nicolaisen, Jakob Damgaard Laursen, and Anette Vestergaard Nielsen.
CFU KP actively participates in the development of the digital learning environment and helps reach out to Danish schools
The three key partners will be working together in close collaboration with CONCITO, Green Hub Denmark, DI Digital, TOPSOE, Grundfos, Aarhus University, and National Agency for IT and Learning.
